I’ve reached 11,000+ followers, so I figured it was time for a giveaway!

I am, however, kinda lazy, so the prizes of this giveaway are gonna be kind of a surprise! As in I won’t be listing out all the individual items you could possibly win, just the series of where it’s from. Said list of prizes is also liable to change, so there’s that too.

But to give a better idea of what things you can, please look at the above picture of the trash pile (which it should be noted may not be everything that you could win, and some of the items might end up unavailable if I’ve already given them away). It’s not the clearest pic, but I guess the main thing you should know is that most if not all the merch is official stuff from Japan, so the quality is pretty dang good.

BUT YEAH, I have merch of the following series that you could get something from:

  • One Piece

  • Pokemon

  • Totoro

  • Kiki’s Delivery Service

  • Iron Man

  • Tiger and Bunny

  • El Shaddai

  • Magi

  • JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures

  • Evangelion

  • Attack on Titan

  • Harry Potter

  • Fullmetal Alchemist

If you, however, are not interested in any of these things, I am also giving away some of my own stuff! I’m currently undecided on large prints, but here’s what I have to offer.

[should also be noted that it’s mostly Pacific Rim stuff]

  • Small prints

  • Buttons/Pins

  • Stickers

Basically if you win, you’ll get the chance to pick multiple items from the pile above, though the number will depend on how expensive each item is (so more expensive, less items, less expensive, more items!)

There will be a total of 5 WINNERS chosen, all of whom I will contact to discuss prizes, as there is the possibility of some items changing.

This giveaway is for FOLLOWERS ONLY, and I will check if you are a giveaway only blog.

It is also open worldwide! So I will cover shipping to wherever you are in the world!

This giveaway will end on November 2nd at 12:00 am EST, and you can do the whole reblog/like once to get a better chance at winning.

Khans of Tarkir Release Weekend

So I went back for more with Khans of Tarkr.
The release weekend draft went decently well for me. Had some decent picks like Bloodstain Mire and a Cranial Archive (which proved useful). There were some cards that kept making the rounds, but overall, not a bad draft experience for me. I’ll talk more about it below the read more.

Khans of Tarkir Prerelease

So on Saturday I was at the Prerelease for Khans of Tarkir. I went to a local game shop and preregistered the day prior. The event started at 11am and lasted until about 6. 6 rounds at 45 minutes each, with deck building time of about 35-40 minutes. To save those who don’t want to see this block of text, my deck list, as well as some talk about the event, will be under the Read More.

I went to the Khans of Tarkir Prerelease yesterday, and these were my rare pulls. I was lucky enough to get a premium rare, so I got seven rares instead of just six.
My promo card from my Jeskai box was the wonderfully powerful Flying Crane Technique. It proved to be worth the 6 total mana it costs. But maybe I’m just delusional. Lol
Also, even though it’s not a rare, I did pull a premium Jeskai Charm, as well as a regular one. Those Charms were actually really nice and very helpful during my matches as well.
I’ll post my deck list and talk more about the rerelease in a later post.

I think about pokemon in non-battle situations a lot. Like pokemon who have been trained/raised to be helpers and assistants than to be battle partners.

Pokemon visiting hospitals to cheer patients up like dogs and cats do. Or ones that help kids learn to read, speak, swim, go through therapy?! Even pokemon who’s abilities help owners with specific disabilities?!

I love thinking of pokemon outside of battle situations.
